Helpdesk

The Helpdesk channel is a service from Technical Service that is available for Sierra Europe Customers. Thanks to this channel, all Sierra Customers know that they can take contact – from any part of the world – with a Specialised Sierra Technician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Helpdesk consists in a general platform for the whole Services department managed by a software application for monitoring the needs to carry out operations on the machines and their progress status. When the contact is established, a Ticket is generated and handled by a specialised technician according to the type of problem.

We would also like to mention that the latest models of Sierra balers and shear balers include, as an optional service, the remote defect detection system through GPRS.

Sierra works side by side with its Customers on a daily basis.
