The 50 1C HS model is an horizontal automatic baler with continuing feeding for the production of high density bales of scrap metal, cans, production scrap.

This baler is equipped with an increased hydraulic unit of 22 kW (30 HP) and the cutting and baling force of 70 ton. The cylinder has transducer for infinitely variable positioning.

The 50 2C is double compression axels automatic baler with continuing feeding for the production of high density bales of scrap metal, cans, production scrap.

This baler is equipped with an increased hydraulic unit of 22 kW (30 HP) and the cutting and baling force of 70 ton. The cylinder has transducer for infinitely variable positioning.

AUTOMATIC BALER 80 2C HD

The 80 2C HD is a double compression axels automatic baler with continuing feeding for the production of high density bales of small size scrap metal, turnings, production scrap, steel tyre wire, burr. It’s the best baler for the processing of small size and harmonic material. The cutting force is 140 ton for both cylinders. Internal waved Hardox plates allow to process very small size material.

SCRAP BALER S5000

The Sierra S5000 model has light structure and small overall dimension, even if it features 5 mt long compacting box. It’s the ideal model for the processing of small and medium size ELV scrap and mixed ferrous and non ferrous material.

SCRAP BALER PN 1800

The PN 1800 model is typically used in yards for processing long materials such as extruded bars and scrap from presswork, as well as pipes, thin sheets, etc. By means of the blades inserted on both lids, the material exceeding from the compacting box can be cut. The box is closed with very few movements, which results in a unique productivity for a machine of this size.

It is ideal for electricians and small collectors of home cables.

*Model SS60 is not suitable for the processing of armoured cables and it can process cables with cover thickness < 5 mm.

Thanks to Superstripper 170, the operator can process different types of cables without losing time. The main applications are the following: internal parts of armoured cables, strongly isolated conduits, quadrant and low and high quality dials and cables.
