Service
Sierra Europe Service department is made up by a team of specialised technicians.
All reports received from technicians are processed by a computer system thanks to which Sierra can create and update a record for each machine that has been produced.
One of our technicians is available in our offices for giving answers to immediate needs. Defects are regularly solved remotely; however, if that is not possible, Sierra ensures the intervention of technicians in 48h all over the world. To highlight the attention that Sierra Europe givesto the assistance service, we would like to remind Customers that the agreement signed with Dealers establishes that they should have at least one specialised technician that is able to work on all the Sierra models.
