Installation
The delivery of a new machine represents an important moment in which the Customer's expectations must be satisfied by the actual product characteristics: Sierra is sure of satisfying such expectations at all times.
If the Customer request it, the machine delivery may be joined by the installation operated by specialized technicians.
Specialised technicians from Sierra will provide Customers with the necessary training, illustrating the manuals, testing the machine and giving assistance during the first hours of work of the machine, in order to verify the correct operation of the system.
The relationship between Sierra and its Customers does not end at the time of installation; it only begins on such occasion.
