Sharefile
It is possible to share documents with Sierra Staff by using the Sharefile software.
In order to access the documentation exchange area, it is necessary to request the activation of an account to the following e-mail address, indicating the name of the Sierra internal contact person with whom arrangements have been made: info[AT]sierraeurope[DOT]com
Sierra will immediately create your account, and you will receive by e-mail the access data (username and password) and the link to the web page managed by Sharefile.
The access procedure is very simple:
- send an account activation request to the e-mail address info[AT]sierraeurope[DOT]com (indicating the name of your Sierra internal contact person)
- open the web page managed by Sharefile https://sierraeurope.sharefile.com
- log in by entering the username and password you received from Sharefile by e-mail
- follow the system instructions for sharing or downloading files
We would like to remind all interested Customers that registration is not free for this procedure: it requires an agreement with a staff member from Sierra Europe, who will create the accounts for users.
