Warranty
Thanks to the great quality of its machines, Sierra can offer its Customers a 2-year warranty, that is unique on the market, on many of its products, from the large balers for ELV to the smaller model of cable strippers. The warranty period begins at machine start-up at the Customer's place, and can be directly activated from the web site or by fax.
A warranty plan can be subsequently extended by assistance contracts through which it is possible to enjoy advantageous conditions and discounts on wear materials an parts. Sierra Europe offers a special service for extending the warranty that is called “Key Client”, which can be applied on several models of balers and shear balers.
